Director of Operations

With 18 years of experience in Dental Administration, Vanessa brings exceptional knowledge and leadership to her role as our Director of Operations. She ensures our office runs smoothly and that both patients and staff have the support they need. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys traveling, bike rides, and crafting. She shares her life with her significant other, two children, and a beloved kitty.

Treatment Coordinator

Claudia brings over 24 years of experience in the dental and medical field. She currently serves as our Insurance Coordinator, helping patients navigate their benefits and insurance needs with care and expertise. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her husband of 20 years and their three children.

Lynda

Front Office Coordinator

Lynda is an accomplished healthcare, dental, and customer service professional with over 30 years of experience in patient coordination, medical records management, and front office operations. Recognized for delivering compassionate service, she excels in workflow optimization and has a proven ability to support both patients and teams with efficiency, care, and integrity. Beyond the office, Lynda is deeply engaged in her community through church involvement and animal rescue, having personally rescued and cared for large-breed dogs. She also enjoys cooking, a passion that reflects her creativity and dedication to nurturing others. 

Gisselle

Schedule Coordinator

With over four years of experience in customer engagement, Gisselle is passionate about helping patients feel cared for from their very first interaction with our office. She enjoys making the scheduling process easy and ensuring every patient has a positive experience. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her pets, practicing yoga, or enjoying the outdoors.

Josie

Clinic Coordinator

Josie moved from Virginia to Texas in 2021, where she obtained her RDA and began working as a Surgical Assistant. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits. When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her shopping, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her husband.

Laura

Implant Coordinator

Laura has worked in the dental field for 9 years and brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role as a Surgical Assistant. She provides excellent patient care and ensuring every visit is as comfortable as possible. Outside of work, Laura enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Freckles.

Henry

Lead Surgical Assistant

With 28 years of experience as an RDA, Henry brings a wealth of expertise and precision to our team. As our Lead Surgical Assistant and Lab Technician, he plays a vital role in ensuring that every procedure is carried out with the highest level of care and efficiency. Outside of work, Henry enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, often cheering on his kids at their sporting events, and working on graphic design projects.
