Where do I start!? It’s all positive from beginning to end. I had a great experience. I suffer from anxiety & minor panic attacks when faced with needles and anything related to dentistry. This was the first time I have ever felt at ease in a situation like this. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Linda at the front desk. She immediately made me feel welcomed with her friendly personality. The waiting room is also quite comfortable and it doesn’t smell clinical which I think is a bonus. Also, the wait time before being called back was less than 3 minutes. This to me was exceptional! I was there to have 2 teeth surgically removed while under anesthesia. Henry was my nurse, he instantly made me laugh and feel relaxed. I knew at once that I was in good hands. He made a huge difference and for that I want to thank him most sincerely. He was also the person who set up my IV. Hands down it was the quickest insert ever & absolutely 100% pain free. Bravo Henry! Now on to Dr. Olsen, he’s fantastic! He lights up a room when he walks in. He’s polite, cheerful, professional, compassionate, competent & he allows you to feel safe and secure. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery was easy. Hardy any discomfort and minimal swelling. His dental assistant Josie is another team member I would like to thank. She was very kind and calming. On the way out you’ll have the pleasure of meeting Gisselle. She will help you schedule follow ups and answer any questions you might have. The entire staff at Mission Oral Surgery made my experience enjoyable. I never thought I could say that about a dental procedure. You have a skilled doctor, talented nurses and a fantastic staff, what more could you ask for? I will always recommend Dr. Olsen. Thank you all for providing me with such a positive experience!
