Mission Oral Surgery is excellent! My son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and everyone we worked with was wonderful—from Lynda at the front checking us in and following up, to Claudia who helped us tremendously with estimates and insurance, to Josie who answered our questions and was thorough in her explanations and helped us both pre and post op. And of course, Dr. Olsen is everything you could ask for in an oral surgeon. Not only is he professional and highly skilled, but also kind and compassionate. He made a less than pleasant procedure as calm and easy as possible. The office is lovely, the whole team is great, and I would recommend them without reservation.

Exceeded expectations in every way. My husband had a rare condition where he had multiple teeth within his jawline, Underneath the gum, he had been suffering for years, with this issue. Multiple oral surgeons, not willing to treat because of how complex the situation was... But also not offering any sort of treatment leaving him suffering in pain. We were referred to Dr. Olsen, and after our first visit with him, he and his team not only jumped onboard, but they also offered a pre op treatment plan and a postop treatment plan. The team was very transparent about what the outcome could be, worst case scenario. And what the plan for that would be. They were open to all of our questions, and made themselves available to us. Not only ensuring that he was okay but making sure that we were doing okay. They ensured he had everything that he needed on board to make him comfortable. I had easy access to the office and was able to communicate with them freely. Especially when it came to dealing with the hard stops with the pharmacy, I would text or call, and within ten minutes, the problem was resolved. If you are considering any type of oral surgery, we would one hundred percent recommend Dr. Olsen's office. They listened to every concern and addressed it accordingly. They also took the time out of their busy schedules to check on him.
