I recently had a consultation with Dr. Olsen and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Henry, Dr. Olsen’s assistant, and Claudia, who did an excellent job explaining the insurance process and answering all of my questions thoroughly. The office atmosphere was calming and comfortable. Since I suffer from migraines, I greatly appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating the staff was by keeping the lights dim in the room, which made a big difference for me. Overall, I felt well cared for, comfortable, and informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Olsen and his team for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care.

The staff has been nothing but understanding, kind, and helpful! I went in today to take my cousin, unfortunately he was being rude but the staff lady was kind and still helped us through to get his appointment done and to take extra precautionary measures for anything thay happens after the appointment.
