Dr. Albright is great, including the staff. Myself and both my sons have had some type of oral surgery done there. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Great work. No post operative care. Pay for appointment separately if still in pain. Cannot call back about pain.

My daughter had four impacted wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago. Staff (Nick) did a wonderful job preparing us for the procedure as well as post-op care. Questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. The post-op recovery went quite well. My daughter needed only ibuprofen for pain meds and was able to attend an important college tour 4 days later with no swelling or bruising. Staff was courteous and there was very minimal wait. thanks to Dr. Albright and Nick for a smooth process!

I am very surprised that this is the 4th time I have received a request for a review, perhaps thinking that I am a happy customer. We had already tried to get our issue resolved with the office manager and they declined to assist or help in any way. This place is a business where up selling and damaging economically the customer is probably normal procedure. She had her wisdom teeth removed about a year ago, the removal of 2 wisdom teeth. She originally had to only do one and had dental and medical insurance at the time of the procedure. She was quoted around $290 for one extraction and received the confirmation that the insurance would pay the difference. Once in the dental office , they noticed that she had two wisdom teeth and here is when the sales pressure came into play. They gave us an updated quote, don't remember the exact amount but is was around $480 that we paid, and we were assured that if she did two, that the anesthesia would be covered, that they would not cover one, but two for sure. We were hesitant but they keep on insisting that eventually she would have to have the 2nd tooth removed, that it was better now and that everything was covered. So we went ahead and paid and did the procedure, which did turn out okay. 3 weeks later, we received a phone call informing us that because she had used anesthesia it went from a Dental procedure to a Medial Procedure and that we now owed $900 plus. We tried to receive at least a discount because we felt taken, but they would not hear nor discuss nor help. The reason I am writing this review now is because I had my son's 4 wisdom teeth removed and, of course, we went to another dentist. Here things were very clear and honest, no falsehoods nor up-selling. They knew what they were doing by first obtaining the authorization with the Dental Insurance and then they advised us that because Anesthesia was used , they had to get the approval from the Medical Insurance, which was done and we paid what we where quoted and my son did great with his procedure. So I believe the practice of Steven C. Albright is unethical, and they see the dental profession as a business with out consideration to the financial capabilities of the patient. If we would have been properly informed, we would have only done one tooth, and due to our financial situation probably with out anesthesia because it was the upper one which generally is much easier. My wife was unemployed as of July and was trying to take advantage of her last month of Insurance and this sure cost us. We have been paying small payments because be cannot afford to pay in one shot $900. After seeing how my son was treated by an ethical dentist, who obviously wasn't solely interested in profiting from clearly misrepresenting the service he was providing, I am debating whether or not to file a formal complaint with the State authorities who license and regulate dentists. My regret is that I am unable to rate Dr. Albright and his staff a zero. I would strongly recommend that you not use this dentist for the above reasons, and if you do, make them put everything in writing, as their word means nothing.
