This office deserves ZERO stars. Not only did I have a terrible experience personally, but the way they are currently treating my wife is appalling. I had to be admitted into the hospital after receiving care, after taking the Tylenol/Ibuprofen suggestion they gave me, because my wife found me bleeding out on the bathroom floor. The EMTs said we should have sued. But now, they removed 6 teeth for my wife, only for her to be in agonizing pain after. They then told her “you need 2 more teeth removed, we thought about taking them last time, but didn’t”. They told her to “double up” on her pain meds, which didn’t help. And of course since she ran out sooner, they won’t help until they remove the two additional teeth in a WEEK. And the woman at the front desk ( I believe her name is Athena?), is TERRIBLE. Such a horrible woman, which really shows the nature of this office. She refuses to do her JOB and send messages to the provider, said $3 was a decent enough discount on the quote, and always responds “I’m, sorry, well..”. FIRE HER.

Just had an extraction the other day. My tooth was infected. I needed an emergency extraction because I had cataract surgery coming up. Dr. Albright saw me right away. He was so thorough, so professional, just a great doctor all the way around. He made me feel comfortable and his staff are also so awesome!!! They were patient and answered all my questions, prior to the extraction. Dr. Albright also was thorough with instructions for care. This is definitely the clinic to go to for oral surgery! Thank you, Dr. Albright and staff!!!

Since the moment I made my appointment to the day of the extraction the entire staff was just great. I have never felt more at ease in a dental office. Vanessa was by far the best assistant I have seen. Very easy to talk too,very kind and understanding. Dr. Albright was gentle, informative and just overall the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am so grateful for them thank you

I just saw Dr. Albright and his staff this afternoon, for 7 extractions. My experience was great, everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was friendly, informative and very helpful. To anyone who may be in need of an oral surgeon, look no further!
