I can thank Dr. Albright and his staff for fitting me in at the last minute of his day before they closed due to my dentist referring me at 415 pm for an abcess that needed treatment immediately. Him and his staff was very courteous. Thanks again to all of you.

My husband had to have two teeth surgically removed and was referred to Dr. Albright. I have heard great things about his office so I had high expectations and they certainly met them. They at first couldn’t get him in for about a week, but after calling back due to his pain they scheduled him for a few days later. Later that day they called back and said they could get him in the next day. When he went in for his procedure, the staff was amazing and gave him such outstanding care. I cannot say enough. Thank you all!

Customers/patients BEWARE!! If I could rate a zero I would have. My husband went there for same day procedure we sat waiting for our appointment for 1.5 hours. They presented the treatment plan And unbundled codes because and I quote from their insurance person doctor contracted fee is low and so he charges extra for the bone graft. He has a contract with insurance and can’t legally do that. When I questioned that they said oh no they don’t send that to the insurance... want to know why because legally they can’t!!! Instead they use generic unlisted codes. When confronted Megan had an attitude and was extremely rude was apparent they got caught doing something they shouldn’t! Asked for a copy of the treatment plan to submit to insurance to have them audited and they changed it to reflect correct codes and take off the codes that aren’t supposed to be on there! Good thing I took a picture of the original treatment plan to send to Delta dental to have them red flagged and audited!! I wouldn’t recommend going here ever!!!
