Dr.Albright and his nurse were amazing! Very friendly and professional staff all around. I was afraid to get my impacted wisdom teeth extracted, but they made it a painless and fearless process.

He's definitely the Best Oral Surgeon ever...Dr. Albright and his entire staff treat you like family. I appreciate them so much. On the worst day in pain Dr. Albright even answers his cell during his vacation. That's a definite plus in caring factor. Thank you Dr. Albright for all that you do for us!

Had him pull all my wisdom teeth years ago, which went very well! Having a troublesome molar worked on today, and expect the same great experience! He is rated as one of the best in San Antonio and I know why....he's really damn good! My dentist, also rated highly, T. Shields DDS was referred to me by Dr. Albright, and I can't thank him enough! It's great to have the best in town on your team! Can't say anymore, other than that he is awesome at his job!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here I had to admit that I was worried about it after reading the reviews but I was taken great care of he was very nice and understanding took the time to explain so I didn't have any questions the staff was very kind up until very last visit it changed I had to keep going back because I end up with dry sockets my last visit dr Albright was the last to examine my mouth to make sure all the packing is out well I end up cleaning my sockets out and discover that I still had one side still packed it was like I had a rock in my cheek so I found tweezers and pulled it out and gave them a call I promise it was like I was speaking a different language from that point because they kept saying things like you need to clean it out I was like I am and I noticed the packing is still there I pulled it out long story short they pretend like I didn't speak of it I asked did they let dr Albright know they said yes but he isn't sure if he was the last to see me I told them he was my husband was right in the room my last visit so hey I went in on the first of September and still have issues and it's October the 5th

I am MORBIDLY afraid of dental work & doctors but this surgeon is the BEST ORAL SURGEON & HAS THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF IN TOWN ! ! If you can see him, pleeaaassee do. My story: I had a wisdom tooth break through my gum on a Saturday, I called them on Monday I was seen that Wednesday (3-23-2016) for surgery. I literally called 25-30 other places to be seen & none of them would do xrays, a consultation & the surgery all in the same day. Almost all of them said I needed to be an "established" patient some of them even said finding all of those services in one day would be impossible but, I could not wait due to the pain I was feeling with this tooth pushing in. Then I found the most amazing man ever.. Dr. Albright ! His receptionist that I dealt with, Doreen, was the most kind and sweet lady. She took all my info, verified with my insurance what they would/would not cover & got back to me within hours with an estimate & booked my appointment. I also had an impacted k9 tooth that needed to be extracted as well, when I booked my appointment I didn't tell them about this tooth. So when I got there on Wednesday I inquired about possibly adding that tooth in as well to be pulled. I had to have it removed to be able to get braces. The upper extraction was goin to be complicated but they shot extra xrays & said they could throw that tooth in to be pulled as well, even though it was last minute. Very awesome of them. I was very very scared upon arrival & I took an Uber there so I had no support but their staff made me as comfortable as I could be. Everyone was so kind. Stephen is who I met with before my surgery. I assume he is a nurse or a tech, he was making jokes to lighten the nervousness I had but he was also very helpful & answered every question that I had about my procedure. He assured me that everything would be fine & let me know how the medicine they would be giving me for the surgery & after would effect me. I let him know that I have had difficulty with being fully numb in the past during dental procedures with a previous dentist, he said he would let the doc know to check how the veins in my mouth run to be sure to administer the anesthetic properly. Dr. Albright came in & I got extremely scared. They prepped me for surgery and while I was being strapped in I started crying. He sprayed my arm with some freeze spray before he even put the IV in my arm because he knew I was not trying to feel any pain. I I remember looking around & then that is it.. There was no count down, I literally passed right out. I woke up and I was in no pain, I was very very numb. They waited until I was able to walk & then rolled me out in a wheelchair with the person who was picking me up. I was numb from Wednesday night until almost Saturday.. I felt nothing. Just what I wanted. The meds & instructions they prescribed & sent me home with were more than enough. The doc actually doubled my pain RX because he was once again aware of me not wanting to be in pain. Recovery was great, I healed up perfectly. I had a little tenderness & called them just out of concern, the nurse I spoke to.. I cannot remember her name was also on the ball. She reassured me that everything I was going through was normal. She was also very informative. I returned to have stitches removed at my 2 week visit. The nurse who snipped my stitches out was great too. I just kept waiting for someone or something bad to happen and it never did. Any time anyone would walk past my room they were just smiling & happy, the dentist was running a little bit behind, which was not a problem for me, but not only did they make me AWARE of it, the nurse asked if I had to be back at work or if I was okay to wait. How considerate. Most doctors do not care. Everyone was so just damn NICE. Lolol. Healthcare is definitely not what it used to be so to be treated as great as I was with every call, every visit, and just every contact with the entire staff was really amazing. THANK YOU AGAIN DR. ALBRIGHT + STAFF - YOU GUYS MADE MY BRACES HAPPEN ! ! 🙂 🙂 🙂
