I just got my wisdom teeth pulled from here and I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Albright!!!

After recommending that I extract all four of my wisdom teeth, my dentist referred me to Dr. Albright. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and very patient as she searched for a date/time to accommodate my schedule. She did inform me that she would contact the insurance company and call me back with a quote, which she did quite promptly. Since I did not have a panoramic x-ray from my dentist, she also said they could do the x-ray right before my surgery, which saved me time and a trip. On the day of my surgery, I was called back right on time. Dr. Albright's assistant was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions very thoroughly. Dr. Albright came in and reviewed the procedure and follow-up instructions with me. Likewise, Dr. Albright had excellent bedside manners and was very patient and thorough as he answered any last minute questions I had. Overall, my procedure was very quick and painless. In addition, I was very happy with my experience and so glad my dentist referred me to his practice. I will definitely be recommending his practice to family and friends.

The experience I had with the front office over the phone was enough to tell me what kind of doctors office this was. They don't have it together. I was told they would call me for a quote and pre-sugery details. I didn't hear anything from them, I had to call them only to hear that they didn't have my x-rays and could only give me a range. A very broad range. $264-$690. I felt I was just another customer. I didn't feel cared for like at other places. I cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else.
