Dr. Albright was really thorough and took his time to explain the process and healing time with the procedure. He was great! We felt very comfortable calling whenever we had questions and were never rushed off of the phone. The one who really helped thru this, before and after the procedure was DONNA!!! She is AMAZING! She is the reason we chose to go to Dr. Albright, because of how comfortable she made us feel about having the procedure. Everytime I called, there was no hesitation on her end. She went above and beyond to help us in every way possible to make this as easy as it could be. I wish every office had customer service like Ms. Donna. It makes a huge difference in your experience with a place. She is one of the best at customer service and knowledge! We appreciate everything you did! Thank you!!!

Love this Doctor, staff and place! Located in a nice comfortable and accessible area from the expressway. The lobby is super comfortable with tv and comfy chairs. The receptionist is so sweet and friendly, the assistant to the doctor is patient, and very professional. Doctor Albright is amazing, always with us every step of the way, taking his time to explain every procedure and warn us of every single step. He’s never in a hurry to talk or leave. He’s delicate in his work and very thorough. On top of that he is friendly and likes to engage in conversations. I had gone for quotes to Alamo Maxilofacial and UT Health, exorbitant prices!! Not to mention my insurance told me they’re not supposed to charge for supplies and they had to confront them. Came with Dr. Albright and prices were very reasonable, very affordable! Highly recommend!!!

Was referred by Vanden Desi for a wisdom tooth extraction that would include a bone graft. The price seemed very high. I have never felt pressured and rushed to get anything done before until I met him. I contacted another dentist for a second opinion that same day. The second dentist saw me in person and told me that the bone graft was not even needed for my situation and more than likely Mr. Desi was trying to charge me extra. Would not come here! Glad I went else where.

0 communication. 0 accountability. I had an implant issue and it has now been months because of the lack of communication and follow up between this office and my dentist's. Once this gets fixed, I'm not coming back and will not recommend.

This office deserves ZERO stars. Not only did I have a terrible experience personally, but the way they are currently treating my wife is appalling. I had to be admitted into the hospital after receiving care, after taking the Tylenol/Ibuprofen suggestion they gave me, because my wife found me bleeding out on the bathroom floor. The EMTs said we should have sued. But now, they removed 6 teeth for my wife, only for her to be in agonizing pain after. They then told her “you need 2 more teeth removed, we thought about taking them last time, but didn’t”. They told her to “double up” on her pain meds, which didn’t help. And of course since she ran out sooner, they won’t help until they remove the two additional teeth in a WEEK. And the woman at the front desk ( I believe her name is Athena?), is TERRIBLE. Such a horrible woman, which really shows the nature of this office. She refuses to do her JOB and send messages to the provider, said $3 was a decent enough discount on the quote, and always responds “I’m, sorry, well..”. FIRE HER.
